Welcome to the CREW Cabin!

We are so very pleased to host you at our cottage.

We hope your self check in was smooth! Once you are all settled in, we hope that you are able to go through our guestbook and website to familiarize yourself with all the house and local amenities.

• Our property offers access through a smart lock.
  
• Your access code will be the four last numbers of your phone number that you registered with. It will only be active during the duration of your stay.
• We are so very pleased to host you at our cottage, make yourself at home and let the lake life take hold!

CHECK OUT INFORMATION

Please remember that checkout time is 11:00am on the day your booking concludes.

Before you checkout, may we kindly ask that you:

• Turn off all the lights for the property
  
• Ensure BBQ is off at the tank
• If you had a campfire, please ensure it is COMPLETELY out and no ashes are still burning.
• Put any dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, please wash pots and pans by hand.
• Please ensure the door is locked when you are leaving!
• If you enjoyed your stay, we would greatly recommend a positive review on Airbnb, Instagram and/or Facebook!

Welcome to The Crew Cabin! We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and memorable stay. To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules:

1) Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts. Kindly keep all windows and doors closed while smoking to prevent the odour from entering the cottage.

2) Pets:

We understand that pets are part of the family; however, due to severe allergies, pets are not allowed on the premises. Non adherence to this rule will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

3) Lakeside Property:

The waterfront area is a beautiful feature of The Crew Cabin, but it also poses certain risks, especially for unsupervised children. It is imperative that children are supervised at all times when near the water. As the responsible adult, it is your duty to ensure the safety of children in your care and prevent any accidents or mishaps. Please be attentive and take necessary precautions to keep children safe around the water. Please bring the appropriate PFD’s and lifejackets for your children. Only enter the water from the end of the dock. Due to the silt, it can be dangerous to enter from the waters edge.

4) Quiet Hours:

We request that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbours. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.

5) Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 people.

6) Amenities and Property Care:

Please treat the property and its amenities with care and respect. Any damage or loss caused by guests will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation. Report any damages or issues to the host as soon as possible. Please remember if the air conditioner is on, please ensure all the windows are closed.

7) Sensitive Septic:

This property utilizes a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing that can be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, and all other personal items are to be placed in the garbage can provided. In the kitchen, do not dispose of cooking oils, grease, and/or fats down the drain. Please put these in a disposable container and place in garbage.

8) Parking:

There are 3 parking spaces provided for our guests.

9) Safety and Liability:

While we strive to provide a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen items during your stay. Please take necessary precautions and ensure the safety of your belongings.

10) Respect for Nature:

Please be considerate of our natural setting. Avoid excessive noise, littering, or any activities that may disturb the peace or harm the environment.

11) Firepit:

All campfires must be kept under control and kept in the enclosed area provided. When you are finished with the campfire, please ensure it is completely put out and no glowing embers remain.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, including additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, or eviction.
